Mr. Rafferty brought the children from his class last year out to harvest their carrots during the week. They went home with a huge crop of carrots. Mr. Rafferty brought the harvested carrots into his class, peeled them and chopped them up for the children. They brought them home and got to taste their beautiful school grown fresh organic carrots. Such a delightful treat!
