The children from 6th class have enjoyed a host of treats on their final week of school. They had a Graduation Mass in Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Jenkinstown on Tuesday 20th June. They also had a Pizza Party hosted by the Parents Association. Their teacher made S’mores for them in class. They participated in the finals of the Ground Football League and Basketball League. Their journey in Dulargy NS finished on Thursday 29th June with a “Farewell Send Off” held in the community centre. They were presented with their medals and a Newspaper momento frame. The children from the class presented speeches to their parents and they finished off the ceremony with a lovely song. Thanks to everyone for their hard work in helping to organise such a wonderful send off for the children. We wish them all the best as they journey into secondary school.
